All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
Debit/credit card payments via PayPal are accepted. All transactions are securely processed by PayPal. Only one payment method is accepted per order. You do not need to have/set up a PayPal account to process your debit/credit card payments to Rebecca Bewick. You can instead continue as a one-time guest user. Rebecca is unable to accept cheques or cash.
All orders are shipped from Mexico with DHL Express (tracked and traceable on their website) and require a signature upon delivery.
Please ensure you supply a secure, daytime delivery address for your order (No PO Boxes, sorry).
Please allow at least 3 weeks for international delivery as per DHL standard (Delivery timeframe estimates do not take into account processing times, transit delays or customs clearance procedures. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times). You can contact your local DHL branch if you have any questions regarding the location of your shipment.
Shipping prices vary between locations and will be provided to you at the time of order. Spend over 250USD for free worldwide shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES + TAXES
The shipping cost for any international order will be displayed at checkout and will depend on a few variables, including: shipping address, exchange rate, order total, and package weight.
International orders will be subject to local duties and taxes, and will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, Rebecca cannot absorb the extra costs incurred by customs. Your local customs service will contact you to arrange payment of these.
PROCESSING + DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Once your order has been placed you will receive email confirmation. Rebecca aims to process your order as soon as possible within standard working hours, Monday to Friday. Once your order has been sent you will receive email confirmation, which will include tracking details.
MADE TO ORDER
Made to Order Pieces: Please allow 4-6 weeks for making (crafting times vary between each piece). You are most welcome to enquire for an exact timeframe before placing your order by emailing Rebecca (email@example.com). Once your order has been placed you will receive email confirmation, with specific details relating to your piece. Your new art piece will be shipped once created and once payment has been received. Once your order has been sent you will receive email confirmation, which will include tracking details.
It is important you fill in your shipping address correctly when ordering. Rebecca cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels due to an address being entered incorrectly. It is recommended that you provide a secure daytime delivery address, such as a workplace for your order, as a signature is required upon delivery. Please let Rebecca know if your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe so that she can lodge a query with the relevant courier company. Rebecca will endeavour to keep you updated on the status of this enquiry.
